  • Hands down the worst experience in 19 years of driving and maintaining vehicles not once but two times in a row from this same shop. The first time I brought my car in here they put the completely wrong set of brake pads on my car that grinded into my rotors. This was confirmed by an experienced mechanic so I took it back to them to fix and they put the right brake pads on but didn't tighten my caliper bolts which caused even a bigger and even more serious problem which was also confirmed by the same mechanic. I have pictures and videos taken in front of the mechanic to prove both of there mess ups with my car.
