I waited 5 weeks for an appointment. When I arrived at work this morning I had a voice mail from Saturday asking me to bring in my own medical records for a Monday 12 noon appointment. That would not even be possible to obtain in that short amount of time nor I have I ever heard of a Doctors office requiring the patient to bring their own records. Not one time was this mentioned in my initial call to schedule an appointment. I arrived to my appointment and was told the Doctor was not in. Keep in mind I left work to come to this appointment. If they knew the Doctor was not in then why was I not notified that morning. No, they decided to wait until I missed an hour of work and wasted my gas to drive there to tell me he was not in. Apparently he was tired from being on call and couldn't make it to work on time. I have a hard time being sympathetic because I too was on call all weekend but I still managed to show up to work on time. I was then asked if I wanted to reschedule. When I had called a week prior to see if there were any cancellations I was told that new patient bookings weren't available till June. That would put me at 6 months pregnant without seeing a doctor. This is unacceptable and uncalled for. This practice doesn't even deserve one star but you have to give at least one. I then called to speak with the Office Manager and was grilled by the Receptionist about what I wanted to speak to her about. Frankly, my dear its none of your business. I asked to speak to the Office Manager not you. Good riddance!
