  • I never write reviews, but If I could rate them a ZERO I would! First off, these apartments were not built for people to live in, they are literally just for show. The apartments themselves are beautiful but everything breaks and nothing works!!! I've lived here for about 4 months and so far my AC went out, dryer went out, ceiling fans don't work, cabinets constantly break, the light in my living room had to be replaced 3 times, and still doesn't work, water takes 5 minutes to get hot. On top of that multiple residents have had their cars stolen, I live on the 4th floor and people are constantly walking and stomping on the roof, without any notice cars were moved from the parking lot because apparently they were making changes (The fact that they allow people to move in when clearly nothing is ready it's crazy to me, but whatever) this community is just absolute shit. And if you think it can't get any worse, the management here is awful!!! We've been inconvenienced living here on MULTIPLE occasions and the manager *Nikki* is extremely rude and will not work with you on anything at all!!!!! I've never experienced such terrible management skills, it's caused me to break my lease. If you don't mind paying 1,400+ to live in a community where they don't value their residence, nothing works, and you are immensely inconvenienced daily, then go for it, but I honestly wouldn't waste my time or money with this property! Trust me, you can find something waaaaaaaay better, just keep looking! You'll thank me later.
