  • This is how doctors and medical offices should be. They were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and relatively fast. I came in for a tiny thing really but they did not give me grief. Instead I got welcomed in a nice and calm environment with relatively minimal information to provide to get seen by a doctor. No more archaic 3 page intake form. The doctors all looked professional and friendly, even greeting some of the people in the waiting room. The doctor who attended to me looked at the matter quickly and provided options for consults, providing the most accessible option. I had no idea that medicine in Canada could be this good. I hope they open up more facilities like this or at the very list emulate their model. I hope to be healthy always but if I ever needed a doctor this is where I will go!!
