  • If you can go to ANY other Jeep dealership, I suggest that you do. The Tempe location is habitually the worst. I've owned my jeep since 2008. Love my truck but hate to have it serviced HERE. Let me share my most recent example: I called yesterday morning to schedule an appt for alignment and an oil change. After being put on hold for an extended period of time, the girl on the phone told me that I didn't need an appt. & to come in on Sat between 8-noon. I arrived at 10am (splitting the difference). Was told that I must have an appt for the alignment and that oil changes were currently running about three hours wait. Omg. Seriously. No duh. Why do you think I tried to book an appt. MY time is valuable too Tempe Dodge/Jeep. & so is that person who is currently sitting in your lobby waiting three hours for their oil change.
