So this is the second go around with the service department. After buying a key from the parts department, the parts salesman called service to see if they could give me a print out of how to program the new key to my car. After calling service they told me that they had no clue on what I was talking about. They had done this before and that they did not have time to do this or "research" it any further. I went online, got the directions on how to do it, and I will never ever spend another dime in this location. Please stay away
