  • SImply put, this is an office which does not respect its patients. The culture of this office is to come to work, get through the day dealing with the annoying patients, and dodge anything extra that may be requested of them. My experiences in this office include hearing the front office talk inappropriately about another patient and his lack of payment and overhearing Tara and a coworker gossiping outside of the exam rooms in the back hall. The staff members are rude and not caring. The worst one is Tara, Dr. Litchfield's moody nurse. Dr. Litchfield is knowledgeable and a good endocrinologist, but clearly has a disrespect of patients and that attitude has trickled down to the rest of his team and he allows it to control the office.
