  • Took my rings here to be sized. Was told by several of the big jewelry chain stores it was not size-able due to the invisible setting. I ended up at Zales and the gentleman could tell I was very desperate and he whispered to me- if I were you I wouldn't take it anywhere but Bates Jewelry. He even gave me directions and off i headed. The minute I walked in I was welcomed and although they told me it was very risky and they couldn't guarantee it would work, I knew if anyone could do it, they could! They told me they would call me in a week when it was ready, and the very next day they called and said it was a success! I went in today to pick it up and they did an absolutely AMAZING JOB!! Everyone is so professional, and they pride themselves on being a family business! And family is exactly how they treat their customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else from this point forward! I will be a customer for life! Thanks to all the amazing staff! They will get my business and referrals from this point forward!
