  • This place made me feel like I was at the DMV! I was waiting for over two hours while witnessing employees all chatting amongst themselves, laughing and having a good ole time. Doctors would come out of their offices and allow other customers to cut ahead of me. Finally, one girl had to be told to assist me and I was finally helped. They take their sweet time with their costumers sitting behind their desk. They don't even have a big selection to choose from! Their prices? Well let me tell you! They are in my network and the frames, lenses and other upgrades are overpriced. When I went to LensCrafters at the Galleria mall, which was out-of-network, their frames, lenses, and upgrades all came out cheaper! Don't believe me? Go to LensCrafters and ask them about their discounts for out-of-network purchases and get an estimate. Then go to Pearl Vision to compare the cost.
