Let me start by saying that this review is for their Lofts/Apartments. If you go on Expedia, you'll see it.
The Good:
Their customer service is quite possibly the best I've encountered in awhile. They are friendly, quick to help and extremely fast at resolving any issues. They provided 100% top notch service.
The do not disturb thing you leave on the door is taken very seriously as I'll explain below.
The Bad:
The lofts/apartments share the same space as a restaurant. The good part about this is that the restaurant has some great lamb chops. The bad is that they play live music. On the weeknights that we stayed, it wasn't awful because we were out and about. The music stopped around 12. On Friday and Saturday night, forget it. Music till 2-4 am. At some point, I wonder if it was even from the restaurant itself but, either way, LOUD AS F***.
What makes matters worse is that the walls are super thin. Our neighbor woke up at 6:30 am and I could hear their phone going off, the morning news and whatever else they were doing. For whatever reason, the people on the same floor like to do their laundry all day and it's LOUD!
Other things to note:
No vent in the bathroom. Ok if you're with someone you've been with for awhile. Not ok if this is kind of your first trip and you're adjusting. The curtain rods were loose and fell off when I moved the curtains. It fell on a slant so I was able to catch it. The customer service here was top notch in the sense they sent someone over in less than 5 minutes. In fact I think they were here even sooner but I forgot to take off the "Do not disturb" door tag and they called their office to call me to let them in.
The floor wasn't mopped cause our socks got dirty fast. Kitchen knives were dirty (had food stuck on serrated areas) and the kettle was warped so we avoided boiling water.
Advice? Stay at the hotel if you want sleep.
