  • I called to make an appointment for their $19.95 special, and told them the make and model of my car. I was overdue for an oil change, and they told me that it would be a week until they had an opening. Because of the great deal, I waited. As I got there, they told me that my vehicle did not qualify and my oil change would cost $75. Extremely disappointing. I waited a week to pay a typical price that every shop offers. The man who scheduled my appointment should have told me I was ineligible.
