Horrible customer service. Purchased a few items and one item was to be shipped to the current location so I can pick it up the next day. Picked up other items from the back. Called 2 days later to check if I can pick up my last item and RC Willey claimed to have given me the item that first day when it wasn't even at their location. They said they will try to get me another and was told i can pick it up the next day, but then got another call saying that I have to wait 2 more days. Called customer service since my online account showed extra balances on it that shows I owe them 3x the price of the item that I never received and had to wait over 1/2 hour to speak with someone and they were saying that it was invoiced and the item was at my home, etc, etc. Then was told that one of the charges was extra, but still owed them for 2 instead of 3. Then was told that the balances are not what I owe and claimed that they charges will be taken out once I pick up my item. Just cancelled it and returning the rest of the stuff to them. Do not go here, they will just cause you headaches.
