  • Dino's has an F rating with the AZ BBB. They are one of the companies used by extended warranty for our whirlpool fridge. They replaced the condenser and it broke the very next day after being replaced. We called them and the next avail appt. Was the following week. They didn't care the fridge wasn't working at all and we had total food loss. Put food in cooler with ice was their solution. When repairman came out to fix it he said he thinks it is the dye dryer (idk) and replaced it. But fridge is really loud when motor kicks on and it makes a whistling noise when it kicks off. Just waiting for it to go again. And it did, but did last 9 months. Requested a different company then Dino's this time. Fridge is colder than ever and doesn't make noise anymore. Thanks to Reliance Appliance who has an A rating with BBB.
