  • I went there b/c I had a free coupon and I loved it. I was in the vet field for 7 years but recently got out of it b/c it was to emotionally draining. That being said I KNOW what it's like to have good service and not so much. The girls here are so helpful and nice. The Dr was good as well. They helped my baby with his heart murmur and accepted him right away as a new patient. They didn't treat me ANY different even though my visit was free. I only gave it 4 stars b/c it is a little pricey. However it's a corporate vet so they don't make the prices, and what vet in Charlotte is actually cheap??t
