The worst customer service I have seen for a long time. I was early for my appointment and waited for an hour and 45 min past the appointment time. When I asked what had happened they explained there were allot of walk ins that day. I was not told walk ins were priority over appointments or I would have never agreed to the appointment in the first place. The manager said an hour and 45 minutes was not acceptable but would do nothing to make it right. I found them to be rude and unprofessional.
