  • I wish I could give this company zero stars. They are thieves and run a unsafe environment for children. I came in September to cancel my membership because a care worker in the daycare traumatized my child to the point where I couldn't even drive by the gym with out him freaking out and crying. I asked my four year old what happened and the only thing I could get out of him was that she forced him to take pictures. So I could no longer use the gym anymore (the classes are great so I guess that justifies their one star). When I went to cancel they tried to convince me not to and once I explained to them they said oh no worries sign here and We will take care of it. Come November they are still charging me!!! They have charged me three times since I canceled and when I call in they told me that they have a new it system and they will have to call me back. I can't believe they are this inconsiderate considering it was their worker that made me have to leave the gym. I feel like charging when you leave this gym seems to be a trend with these people maybe they think that considering the area no one will notice if they just slowly bleed your bank account. Disgusting.
