  • Wish I could give them a negative star. This company is too large to have any invested personal care or interest in peoples concerns or their time. Most recently, Ive even had a service man who was scheduled to come at 4pm, show up at 11:30 (as I'm leaving my home to go to an appointment) and demand that I let him in my home now to do his job. We got into an argument about me not expecting him until 4pm and to come back then. He demanding I let him in now to do his job since he is here now, so that he doesn't have to fight traffic later. I had to ask him to leave or I would call the police. I've also had multiple scheduling issues where the technician will not show up during the designated time, and will then change our appointment himself to a different day without me being aware of the change, agreeing to it, or having notice to make sure I'm home. I've made multiple calls to management to express my concerns and they were unsympathetic and unaccommodating and only seemed interested in trying to get off the phone so that they could be done and on the next task. I would never use them agin or recommend them ever. RUN!
