  • Yesterday was a jewel of a day for me when I entered Platella at Kierland Commons. I have long admired Hugo's designs and artistry, but he went above and beyond to help me with a ring that I owned, making it look a thousand times better. His customer service attitude is outstanding and it didn't matter that it was late in the day (I'm sure he really would have liked to end his day.). Of course, my guy spotted a ring we both fell in love with--all of Platella's jewelry is artwork. Thank you so much, Hugo, your Platella's designs, quality and customer service are outstanding!
