  • OneGuard Warranty referred me to Pruitt's Plumbing after I discovered my water heater was leaking. Fortunately, I had a metal tray beneath the heater that prevented the water from damaging the platform. When the technician came to the property, he determined that the water heater needed to be replaced. I was not present when the technician returned to replace the water heater. (Note to self: Never leave Pruitt technicians unsupervised.) When I returned home that evening, I was shocked by the amount of damage they had done to the platform. In removing the water heater, they had spilled water all over the platform which made the drywall soggy. As a result, the drywall seams on the platform were ruined. When I contacted Pruitt's management to resolve the issue, they refused to accept responsibility for the damage they had done. I will not be doing business with Pruitt's again.
