I love this family owned and operated business.
They appear to make all the chocolates on-site. The best part of the chocolates is the ganache inside. It is really creamy and fresh. Remember to refrigerate the chocolates and eat them within a couple days. I think they do an excellent job of making a good variety of dark and milk chocolates. Dark chocolate is my favorite though.
I've been going here for years and the hazelnut croquantine is still my favorite. They no longer make the pate pâte de fruit chocolate anymore sadly.
The husband and wife team are sweet. Sometimes they are busy with other customers so you may have to wait a while and you may not get the best customer service, but it's still worth the wait.
In December 2016, I had a single experience where the ganache filling was not as smooth as it usually is. In my 2017 experience, the ganache was back to normal.
