  • I only go to this particular location when I 'have to'. Otherwise, I avoid it. My drink is wrong probably 25% of the time despite the fact that I'm clear as to what I'm ordering. The service is honestly no better than a McDonalds drive thru. It's sad because it's not like Starbucks is cheap! They employees are typically not very nice. I wouldn't necessarily say they're rude but they just act like they're always in a huge hurry. I get that it's a drive thru yet other Starbucks drive thru's are not usually like that in my experience. They need to work on their customer service skills.
