Thank you to the staff and manager at Tempe Honda, which enabled us to get into a better suited vehicle for my wife.
We also appreciate the immediate action that was taken to address the concerns with our purchase.
Be aware though that when going to the Tempe Honda website, The Penske Group lists all cars available at all their dealerships (even though you are at the Tempe Honda website). It is a little confusing because when on the Tempe Honda website, I assumed that I was looking at just Tempe Honda cars, but not the case.
This is not Tempe Honda's process, but The Penske Group, which owns Tempe Honda. So when looking at their listings, make sure to make note (on the lower right hand corner of the ad) which dealership the car is actually located. I could have purchased a better vehicle for my family if I would have caught this.
Other than that, I appreciate the customer service and all that took place to make our purchase happen.
