  • Terrible stay overall. Supposedly upgraded suite was outdated and furnishings looked like they were leftover from the 90's. Had a room in the grand tower, 28th floor. Strong smoke smell all the way through the elevator, which takes an average of 15 mins to arrive. Very inconvienient. Room also had no hot water for the two days I stayed there! Called desk, maintenance supposedly arrived and the same thing the next day. Taking cold showers in the middle of winter is not pleasant. Sent 3 items out to be laundered; specifically stated I needed them back by 5:30 pm. I was there for a work conference and had a dinner to attend that evening. When the laundry didn't arrive, I called down to check status and was told it "should" be back by 7:30 pm. Perfect. A $35 laundry charge for clothes I wouldn't be wearing. Much better options like Cosmo,, Aria and Caesars.
