  • I recently had surgery and was unable to wash my own hair. We stopped into Supercuts a few days ago to get it shampooed and Jeanie took care of me. She was professional, friendly, patient and most importantly incredibly gentle and careful. I returned again today and was able to request her in advance. She was just as friendly as she was the first time. I appreciate the extra time she took to ensure my comfort. She went above and beyond what was necessary. The entire staff was compassionate and asked how I was doing. Jeanie was very knowledgeable about products and tools and even the effects that anesthesia might have on my hair. The salon itself seems to be newer and was clean.
