  • Unethical practices and office staff. That is unfortunate. I would look elsewhere. Vera and Carmen will lie to you and think they have the power to hold your records just to get another $450 office visit out of you. They are without conscious and unethical. I would never recommend Dr. Harding because he is ultimately responsible for the unethical staff and policies.
