  • Had Priscilla for color and trim. New stylist with one year experience. Charged me $365.00!!! Unbelievable to think that I was in shock and paid it. Reached out to the owner and she never replied. (Owner finally replied not to ask me details of why I was dissatisfied but to give an essay on why they are worth 350.00++ for something any salon could do!) Unprofessional to say the least!! Not happy with my color. Take time to read through the reviews! I wish I would have, this place is the worst, especially ripping you off in the end with no warning!!! UPDATE: I just wanted to comment on the owners comment. I had a partial weave not a color correction. The before and after photos were altered with filters. I'm still sad you haven't owned this bad customer service because I wanted to love this salon and be a long time customer.
