  • I will only review about the second time I visited Why Knot although I would like to mention that my first one was very disappointing with my first therapist not meeting my expectations. I gave them another chance and chose Kaaren because she was one of the therapist that was available on a Saturday which was the most convenient time for me. Kaaren is a miracle worker! I have a very tight back and she worked wonders on me. She was so patient with getting the knots out and made sure that by the end of my session I was better than when I came in. I was sore for 2 days but it was a good kind of sore and on the third day after the massage I was feeling fantastic. Because of Kaaren, I will definitely come back to Why Knot.
