Stayed here for 1 Sunday night after redeeming MyVEGAS Slots. Process to check in was super quick since they have a new Mobile Check In option. I was able to check in on my phone the night before and my room was ready at 10am the next day. Which was good for me since we were moving from another hotel to the Mirage.
We opted for the valet parking for $20 instead of the self-parking. After checking in and dropping our stuff off, we went back to the valet to get our car. When we dropped it off, we even told them we would be back in 10-15 minutes. But nope, they didn't really care and the wait for our car to come out was 40 minutes!! Yes, 40 minutes. I even went to the valet table and asked them to cancel the car because I was so annoyed and was ready to just take a freaking taxi. But the woman responded, "they're driving it down right now." If by driving it down, you mean another 20 minutes. That would be correct.
The room was okay, it was exactly like their pictures upon booking. I guess that's a good thing because it was what I was expecting. Unlike other hotels who have nice and pristine pictures of their rooms and then turning out to be way worse. Mirage wasn't like that and I was glad.
The wifi sucked so much though. I even had to resort to using my own phone's cellular data instead.
Overall, I would stay here again. However, they definitely need to hire more valet employees or come up with a new system to improve the efficiency with bringing out vehicles.
