I ordered my son a new phone with an update on Verizons website. It came in the mail and we couldn't get it to activate so I told my son we needed to take it to the Verizon store for help. He did not want to go because he said the guy he dealt with on a previous visit there was so rude. I told him we probably wouldn't get the same guy but sure enough, we did! His name is CRAIG- and he was sarcastic, impatient, seemed irritated that we were even there and talked to us like we were idiots! it was so obvious that he was miserable being there and having to deal with the public. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. ASK FOR SOMEONE OTHER THAN CRAIG IF YOU GO INTO THIS STORE!
