  • Went back in yesterday to buy some juice and try to get my mod updated (software) as my mac book couldn't do it. We were not successful in downloading it, however, the service was great as usual. Actually witnessed some great service from the team, and their manager when they were faced with a difficult situation. He handled the situation with great professionalism, and was nice to see them abide by the law. The manager actually came up to me and thanked me for my review from last month. It's nice to see a business pay attention to this kind of thing and to acknowledge customer feedback, whether negative or positive.
