If I could rate this business as a ZERO I would BUT I had to choose at least a star to write my review! The customer service was horible and the dentist interaction was horible. Went into the office for a tooth pain not knowing for sure where it is coming from and yes there is a lot of work that is needed to be done BUT it was mentioned possibly it is the broke tooth. The pain was obviously somehting that needed attention and once xrays were completed the dentist went over where it appears the pain is coming from which was the broke tooth. But, it feels as though, right when the x-rays were completed and they know all this work is needing to be done and after checking insurance, the OFFICE MANAGER (she is horrible) brings in a paper and quick to mention all the money that we have to come out of pocket with. She didn't make sure she addressed the main problem area and the cost for that alone. She gave EVERYTHING and highlighted the areas that needed attention first! They were not customer serivce oriented at ALL, rude, and it felt like we were being treated different because of our HMO Dental, when we had PPO our out of pocket was even any different but she talked abou the dental as if it was crap insurance so the treatment we recieved was just HORRIBLE and my husband left there feeling extremlly uncomfortable and not wanting them to touch his mouth any further and yes he is still in pain!
