Brice was great at working with our rescue dog Gwen. She was blind and completely untrained and he stated that he had worked with difficult to train dogs and would work hard to find a solution. I at first paid for about eight sessions, but in the first two sessions it became apparent that eight sessions wouldn't be sufficient. I then paid the difference for the unlimited training because I was eager for her to get the help she needed so she could function and behave appropriately. Her behavior was starting to become more erratic, she wasn't learning, and she was starting to throw up, lose weight, and bleed from her paws. After four sessions, Gwen was still not making progress so Brice recommended taking her to a Vet colleague of his in case her issue was a physical or medical related issue. The Vet ran some tests and found that Gwen had a congenital liver shunt. Her chance of surviving the surgery was low and her quality of life was sub-optimal at that point. We didn't want her to suffer and bleed to death from liver failure so we made the difficult decision to have her put down. Brice was very understanding and kind throughout the heartbreaking process. He promised to refund some of the money I paid for training since we only completed four training sessions, which I though was appropriate. I didn't hound him for money because we were still dealing with the loss of our puppy, but several months later Brice would not answer calls or texts. Finally I received a text stating "I DO NOT HAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!" His customer service and honesty leave much to be desired.
