If there was an option not to add stars, I wouldn't, on a scale of 0 to 10 I will give them -0. This place is a joke and if they continue like this, they will be going out of business sometime in the near future.
I spent 30 minutes filling all my background history on their website at home supposedly to speed things up, yeah right! When I got there for my appointment at 1:30pm I had to wait for 35 minutes before I could be taken to the back and once there the nurse asked me once again all the same questions that I already have filled in their website which is kind of annoying. I had to wait in the room for 1hr for Dr. William Stewart to show up. I was extremely frustrated and really upset that even I told my wife if at 3:05pm this doctor doesn't show up we are walking out of this place and just my luck at 3:04pm he shows up, well anyway in total I spent 2 hrs plus I had to pay $30 for copay and $30 for xrays and they were supposed to call me the following day with some numbers for my surgery and today has been 1 week and no call from them. Now I'll have to go to another dr. And pay once again the copay and xrays because of these people not following thru.
Not happy and I will never go back to this institution and neither with that dr. Oh, and after I put my voice out there with a nurse that was walking by I asked her politely if she could please find out how much longer is going to take so she said she will check and this other person supposedly was the Drs. asst shows up with attitude telling me this and that and of course, I wasn't going to put up with her crap so I started going off on her but unfortunately they do not value our business. Is like as if we were doing THEM a favor instead of them doing it to us right? This place has a few long faces that do not deserve to be there and the sad part is that people who really want to work and give all of them they don't give it to them. Some people there really need to be replaced. This was a ripoffof of my money and I also lost 2 hrs of my time and life. Ridiculous.
This is the problem of these institutions that they want to grow and grow and implement better technology and BS customer service that is just falling out their hands. If you dont want to waist your time, I highly recommend you to look somewhere else and I truly don't recommend this place.
