  • Good trainers but brutal billing/business issues! Offer to pay by personal check each month and not auto pay unless you want to be charged repeatedly when you wish to "freeze" or terminate your membership! It's been such a struggle to get anything credited back. Texts of photos of credits that didn't happen etc. I've just written off hundreds of dollars at this point. Sad, because their concept is great if only they could figure out their business side. Sorry for the bad review because I love supporting local businesses but 5 months is far too long to have not resolved these issues!
