  • If you are interested in putting your money towards real pampering and the most detailed techs look no further. I could never recommend another place. I have been seeing the owner of this salon with my mom for almost 6 years now and she branched out to create her own salon that could actually meet her standard and attention to detail and along cane JUBILEE. You will create real relationships with these techs and they will remember every little detail you divulge to them. The salon is GORGEOUS and every tech even makes a point to keep up with their own appearances as well. Chloe interviews the girls to ensure quality. I can not say enough good words about Chloe and what she has created here. This will forever be my go to because every tech I have seen (3 others besides Chloe) have been top notch!!!
