  • I have been a member for about 15 years, played tennis, rented the place for kids parties, etc.. I requested that my membership is put on hold short term due to work issues and the answer was "No". For a member that has been loyal for so long there is zero loyalty from their end and no flexibility. Also, my son is 10, and if he goes on the bike, they run over and tell him to get off right away even though I am beside him. We are now moving our membership over to the YMCA which is more family oriented, and kids can use the equipment. They let you put your membership on hold at any time (e.g. summer when no using). There is also a new YMCA being built in the beaches which I am sure will take many health members away. Good luck Mayfair but I am happy to leave!
