I wanted to follow up from my 3/17/14 post. Mark emailed me back, he was very apologetic and he recovered the missing straps and I picked them up. I am glad that they were able to find the straps, however until I spoke to Mark the customer service was awful. I advised him to train his staff to have some sort of urgency for their customers. People spend a lot of money on clothes and when they drop them off to be cleaned they expect to get "all" of them back.
