  • I went to this outlet with high hopes and left feeling like I never wanted to do business with Lululemon again! I have been a long time customer of Lululemon, I own a ridiculous amount of their clothing because of the quality, design and positive shopping experience in most of their stores. I went to this new store one morning when visiting Las Vegas - it is a long drive - the store was empty of customers, I was only one in it. There were two young sales associates who were pleasant and the manager of the store (according to her) a small, slim, brunette. What I found was a store with little interesting merchandise, as well as small discounts. All of this is fine. I did find two tops that are current with about a 20% discount. While browsing, the manager tried to make small talk, but came across as aggressive and sharp. Still fine. I was in a good mood and even though disappointed in selection, found the two tops and made several positive compliments about the store to said manager. I liked the way they organized by size - very helpful. She rang me up and I totally got a hostile feeling - for reasons I still do not understand, given still only customer who was in store, etc and buying two tops. I said thank you and she made NO ANSWER - Remember I was the customer doing business with her store !!! Her empty store just rude - can't quite explain it. In retail you just cannot behave this way. But as I walked out I thought how this was the first time in visits to many of their stores I had had this experience. Usually in SF, Marin and Honolulu, where I usually shop, the sales people are SUPER nice and sweet, helpful etc. How sad for Lululemon. I felt like never giving company my business if that is the way they treat people who spend $1000s a year at their stores. I had an exchange to make in SF when I got home, on a previous purchase and my local Lulu is so friendly on Union Street. I made the exchange, picked up a new jacket and three new tops too -(a hazard of going in!) but luckily the attitude and great service of that store changed my feelings. All I can say is DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS STORE - stick with the Lulu stores where the sales people are great and appreciate your business. the $8 discount on the two tops was not worth the negative karma that manager was giving off. I can tell you I will never return or suggest this store to a friend
