  • I've been coming here for around 2 years. Almost always I had good experience, may be except a few minor things, like wait time if I didn't have an appointment or front staff questionable attitude. Today's experience was disgusting to say the least. Unfortunately for me, PA Sanders is no longer working here and it's not easy to have an appt fast with Dr Tran, so I made an appt with anybody available for today. My appt was with NP Royal Bradley. When he came in the room, he didn't introduce himself. He didn't have a computer with him or anything to make notes. He sat down and asked that I wanted to do the blood work. I explained to him my condition and that every few months I have to do the blood work to check the levels. He didn't seem to understand as he was trying to give me the refill for my med right away. After I explained again, he said ok and the with a strange smirk on his face asked "what else?". I asked for a couple more tests related to my condition, including cortisol levels. Then NP Bradley told me to sit on the couch to "physically examine" my thyroid gland. Having issues with it for many many years, I know a lot about it by now, and the minimum is where it is located. He started squeezing my throat way above the gland. 1.5 hrs later I still have discomfort in that area. After the "physical exam" he didn't give any feedback or suggestions or comments about the matter. That was odd. I don't think he even knows anything about endocrinology at all. I felt like he did the "physical exam" just for the sake of touching me. It was very creepy. At this point, still no notes. Then I asked for a refill for controlled meds, that my previous doctor prescribed me. I thought I may not need them anymore, but I was also aware, that going cold turkey on them is not always a great idea. NP Bradley brushed me off momentarily and told me to "go get them wherever I want to get them" while tying his nasty shoes with those same fingers that he just touched my throat with and sneezed in and not EVEN ONCE using the sanitizer or washing his hands!!! I can only imagine how many other people and things he had touch with his hands before he touched me. Then he pulled his chair way too close to mine to show me something on his phone, that had nothing to do with me or my medical needs. Again, no suggestions, no alternatives, nothing. When I showed no interest in prolonging unnecessary conversation with him, he got rude and told me to walk out the room to do the blood work. When I walked out, he told me to sit down and wait for to draw my blood. Ok, so he didn't ask if I fasted, that was around noon during the day. I have no medical education, yet I know, for my tests I have to be fasted, and cortisol levels are checked before 9 am !!!! And for sure after that visit my cortisol was through the roof. When I told him I want to do my tests properly, he didn't understand right away (OMG, like where did he get his degree??). And then waved me to leave and come back tomorrow. After I told him, I was not going to sit in line tmrw morning and want to get my blood work order and take it to the lab, he got even more angry and openly rude with me. Other patients, that were sitting there had surprised faces to how he was talking to me. He handed me the order with in a rude manner and told me to leave. I went to the front desk, asked Chelsea to check if I can take it to the LabCorp and if the order had all the tests, that I previously had done. It took her 30 min to check for the tests, yet she forgot to ask about LabCorp, it took her another 20 min to find that out only to come back and give me exact same paper that I had. Meanwhile I asked for office manager. And Chelsea was going to check if the manager was there, thought she originally thought she is not, meanwhile working on papers for other people, only to come back again and say that the manager conveniently "just left". She also conveniently didn't understand my question and gave me manager's name, when I asked for her name. Seemed like she just couldn't or wouldn't get anything right for me. I will escalate and take this matter as far as I can. People like Royal Bradley NP should not be working with other people, especially where they get to touch them for no good reason. I will file a complaint with NV state board of nursing and I ask everyone who has had bad experience with Bradley NP to do the same.
