  • I bought my mattress in May of 2013. I was greeted at the door by Julian Carrasco. I browsed a few mattresses that were too difficult to get on because of my back, but discovered a Sealy Trust Hybrid that worked wonders. The price tag was too steep for my situation at the time. I finally approached Julian and told him that I was looking for a certain type of bed in a certain price range. Without hesitation he picked out a mattress along the wall that suited my needs and budget exactly. He was extremely Helpful and actually Listened to my needs. After careful consideration I felt that my health was worth investing in and let Julian know that I was interested in the more expensive mattress. Knowing my situation, he stepped away for some research and came back with an offer. It was still beyond my range, but he worked with me and the service and the product were unbeatable. The second I brought the bed home, my parents fell in love with it and went out to buy the California King, protector, pillows, and even adjustable base from the same location. I ran into a situation recently with the Protect-A-Bed protector I purchased and that company would not honor their warranty, but the moment I informed Mr. Fitzgerald at Mattress Firm they took care of my situation immediately and helped me continue to love my investment. I have had such a wonderful experience with every single associate here and even a year after purchasing my mattress they've provided top-notch customer service. This is where you want to buy your mattress. Quality and service you simply can't beat!
