  • I called Henderson House Doctors because of the good reviews. I had a sliding glass back door that wouldn't latch,or move with ease. Dale replaced the bearing, so we asked to put in a screen door. The first screen door wouldn't fit, and they left it on like that. The next time they were over they came back with the right sized screen door and it works great. The latch still doesn't work properly on the glass door. I wanted other jobs done, but I guess they don't want the work. The guys are nice, just don't seem to be motivated. It almost appears as if they work OJT. We were not given any paper work for this work. He did everything on his phone.
