My daughter came in town from Texas, her glasses were not helping her. We stopped at the Goodyear Store on a Tuesday and were getting the $129 BOGO deal. After everything was said and done we were $600 into the glasses, Go figure. The optician tells us one pair will be ready Thursday and we will contact you when they're ready. She made sure she had the right number to call (twice). Thursday came and went, Friday, and Saturday. Sunday we find they are closed and still no call about her glasses. Monday I call to see what is going on and the lady behind the desk (Vicky) says the glasses were ready Thursday and she ASSUMED we would be in to get them. First of all what happens when you assume?? Secondly we were told that they were not sure what time the glasses would be ready on Thursday and they will call us. I guess customer satisfaction is a thing of the past. Funny how fast they took the money, but everything else is run on assumption. I ASSUME they will not be happy when I cancel Payment. Funny how that works.
