  • If you are thinking about switching to sprint please let me stop you. I was a customer of T-Mobile for 10 years and saw sprint had a great deal going on, so I decided to give them a try. The worst decision of my life.The Internet service is so slow your calls will drop. The worst part is being lied to about the promotions they have going on. I got offered a iPhone 7+ bogo promotion, now to realize I been paying for both phones. There reason was the devices I choose didn't qualify for the promotion, but clearly the receipt I walked out with said what I was paying for which said one iPhone free. (Lease not free that means you borrow the phone) It seems like that is there go to excuse. I was told my bill would be around 150 a month but not true. My bill is 220 a month. I never knew phones could be lease I guess since I was a t mobile customer for a long time. I should of listen to all the warning signs everyone told me about sprint. DISHONEST business and cheap phone service. DONT SWITCH TO SPRINT!!!!!!!! Ps. Don't enroll in ato pay. I got bill twice one month.
