Hands down some of the best croissants I have ever had, and I lived in Belgium for three years, land of the pastry!
Cannot recommend this place enough, although I realize this may result in a stock shortage. This is my only problem with Clafouti: bake more!
The plain, pain au chocolat and almond croissants are my favourites. For those of you that are pastry snobs, they use dark chocolate and a frangipane-like filling in the almond versions.
Just don't buy them all before I get there!
