Walked in and was greeted by a guy (i think his name was Steve) that looked like he hated his job and didn't want my service. Made a rude comment about the last time I changed my oil and acted like something was going to be wrong with my car even though i get oil changes at all the recommended intervals. He also acted like his time was more important. He told me i would have to wait an hour and a half for an oil change and made excuses about his employees at lunch and only two guys on the floor (not my problem you guys can't staff enough people). Walking out to the parking lot it looked like all the workers were standing around joking. Obviously they don't get paid to take care of customers so they don't care as long as they get their hourly wage from standing around. I will not be back. How can businesses treat people like that and still exist?
