  • Paris, Shawn, and AL. These three are the epitome of customer service. They are not only tops in customer service, they truly care for others. We had an issue, and they took a step by step process in resolving a very bothersome situation. They did not hesitate to contact me to see, what the state of the situation is, which seems to be rare today. I did not have to call them. They totally resolved the irritation we had. Paris and Shawn are Southwest Air Conditioning Service Inc employees and AL is a representative of American Standard Air. They did not cause the situation they resolved it. THANKS AGAIN.
