  • We had boarded our dog here every year we go through Las Vegas on vacation. She seemed quite happy, and the web cams are very nice. Last July we were late getting into Las Vegas do to traffic accidents on the I15 North. I called about 6:30pm to let them know we were enroute, and asked what time they closed. I was told 7:30. I advised the person on the phone I would update when we got closer. I again phoned at 7:10 and let them know we were 10 minutes away. We pulled into the parking lot at 7:25, and the place was dark and no one would answer the phone! Very inconvenient keeping your dog in the hotel, also for an extra $100 a night! Lousy customer service accomodations for a returning customer.
