  • I called 412-391-9866 to schedule a haircut appointment with Ron this morning. I've been getting my hair cut by Ron for quite some time. As an Army Reserve Soldier, I need to get my haircut about once a month and I have never had a bad experience with Ron. He's a very personable gentleman who takes pride in what he does. During my conversation with him today, surprised to learn that he's been cutting hair in the Koppers Building 47 years! He also told me that he started cutting hair back in1964. The barbershop itself is pretty "bare bones" basic and nondescript . You're not going to get a perm or colour there; just a quality haircut. And although I haven't gotten my hair cut by anyone other than Ron there, I've never seen a bad cut leave the place. If you need a haircut, this place is a pretty safe bet... but as others have mentioned, it's best to call ahead for an appointment.
