  • Jean Georges was good, but was it one of the best steaks I've had in Vegas? No. I had the filet. It was cooked how I asked but I didn't feel it was very tender. I also ordered a side of fries. They were a little hard. Would never order them again. The people I was with seemed to like the short ribs. They also loved the Moscow mules.
