I had just got off a flight and was motion sick with a headache. A burning 100 degree day and I get into a taxi without air conditioning. I let the driver know I wasn't feeling well so go easy on the brake. He pumped the accelerator going down the freeway instead. Lots of jerky movement. I kept my cookies down but when I got out I lost them all and my headache turned into a migraine. I thought $20 at most for my 15 min ride. No! It was $50. I'm in the wrong career. Why did I waste my money on nursing school when I could make potentially $200/hr? Sorry. No tip. I figured with that price it included my tip. My trip back to the airport with Lyft cost me $12. No Uber or Lyft is allowed into the airport so my tip is to take the Yellow Cab to the nearest hotel outside the airport then catch an Uber/Lyft the rest of the way.
